Stephanie was born in Amarillo, attended Pampa High School, and lived in Oklahoma and California before returning to her hometown. She graduated from West Texas A&M University with a degree in Psychology and is a veteran of the insurance industry, having spent nearly a decade as a customer service supervisor for a large health insurance provider. Her role at NCW revolves around our Employee Navigator system which gives employers and employees easy access to their benefits. As a trainer, she works closely with both—and loves the organization and attention to detail her job requires. Stephanie has been a member of Hillside Christian Church for more than 25 years and loves watching her only grandson play baseball, basketball, and soccer.
