Sandy’s official title may be “receptionist,” but she identifies herself as the “Director of First Impressions.” She realizes that, for many customers, she is the first representative of NCW they will encounter, and strives to make every person who walks through our door feel valued. “I want them to know we are the friendliest insurance agency in Amarillo,” she says. “It is my focus to make them feel more like family than customers.” Though a native of Lubbock, Sandy has lived in Amarillo for the past 30 years. She is a passionate volunteer for Snack Pak 4 Kids.
