Melinda is a veteran of the insurance industry and a licensed claims adjuster, representing clients on a daily basis to help them resolve claims in a timely manner. She actively serves on the Liberty Mutual National Claims Advisory Council. Her goal is always to help clients move on with their day-to-day obligations with as little interruption as possible. Recognizing that she often works with customers during trying times, Melinda says she is rewarded by seeing the claimant made whole again. “I like to help make a bad, sad time into something better,” she explains. Born in Mississippi, Melinda has been a Texan since 1975. She’s active in the animal rescue world, volunteering with the Amarillo SPCA and the nonprofit DAWGS ’n Texas rescue shelter.
