Liliana came to Amarillo from Durango, Mexico, as a child. She graduated Amarillo College with an Associate Degree in Teaching, and brought her background in insurance sales and the healthcare industry to the NCW team in 2017. Liliana works in our Life and Health Department as a Benefits Account Manager; she works closely with business owners as well as their employees to answer questions and assist with enrollment changes. Liliana prides herself on working well with others, time management, and being bilingual. She is a mother of three wonderful children and enjoys watching them participate in all their extracurricular activities.
