As an Assistant Account Manager for Commercial Lines, Kat Donais plays a vital role in supporting our commercial lines team. Along with the rest of the commercial lines team, she’s dedicated to assisting business owners in identifying essential risk management tools for their businesses. Born and raised in Amarillo, Kat graduated from West Texas A&M University with dual degrees in digital communications and advertising and public relations. Kat’s excited to be part of the NCW team because of the warm and welcoming staff and the opportunity she’ll have to help businesses in times of need.

Beyond her work in the office, Kat is a music super fan. She participated in choir in school, worked for the college radio station at WT, loves going to concerts and loves to collect records. She received her first record player from her grandmother. Her first record holds a special place in her heart and is framed in her living room. She now owns more than 100 records and is continuing to expand her musical treasure trove.
