Benefits Account Manager Crystal Jackson has let her compassion guide much of her career, looking for jobs that allow her to help everyone she meets. That desire brought her to NCW, where she helps businesses provide benefits for their employees that meet their health needs through insurance and other benefits that attract and retain staff. When Crystal first joined the NCW team, she was sure she had found a good fit: Everyone she met was also passionate about helping clients and one another.

If you were to ask Crystal about her passions beyond helping people, you’ll hear about music right away. Her love for music started with singing in church and has grown into a life-long hobby, bringing her to concerts across the country and from all genres. Among her favorite concerts she has attended have been Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, as well as the “very good seats” her late husband bought for her to attend a Justin Timberlake concert.
