Bailey Pattie is a Customer Service Representative for our commercial lines team. In that role, she enters policy information on commercial policies and assists commercial lines account managers. Bailey likes that, by doing a good job with her tasks, she’s able to give account managers more time to work with clients and provide risk management solutions.
One of Bailey’s guiding values is courage. She likes to share a line from the movie “We Bought a Zoo” to remind her of what courage can do: “Sometimes all you need is 20 seconds of insane courage. Just literally 20 seconds of just embarrassing bravery. And I promise you, something great will come of it.” Her courage helped her win against a team of very talented – and tall – volleyball players when she was in high school, and it pushed her to take the Property & Casualty Exam to get her insurance license.
