Bailey Pattie is an Account Manager for our commercial lines team. One of Bailey’s guiding values is courage. She often shares a line from the movie “We Bought a Zoo” to illustrate the power of bravery: “Sometimes all you need is 20 seconds of insane courage. Just literally 20 seconds of just embarrassing bravery. And I promise you, something great will come of it.” This belief in courage helped her triumph over a team of very talented—and tall—volleyball players in high school, and it also inspired her to take the Property & Casualty Exam to earn her insurance license.
